Weekly update

This week was an interesting one. We found a theater nearby that plays movies in english. We took the kids to see "Despereaux" last weekend. Hether's friend Bethany joined us.

Heather got a throat infection, (still has) and was off from school for a couple days. She did get to go to the New Kids on the Block concert with a few friends from work on Thursday. This was a childhood dream come true, and she got very close to the stage! Heather is also working on her master's courses, trying to stay on track.

Chris has been helping out around the house, and spent some time at the local home improvement store. It is by no means as big as Home depot, but he could spend hours there anyway.

Keira and Brady had a fun week at school, Keira is now able to write her own name and Brady's as well. She's taken off in this endeavor, and writing as much as possible!

Brady is working on using the toilet, and doing a fantastic job. He has gone two days with dry underwear this weekend. His MRI results came in, and said there is nothing notable or out of the ordinary on it. This is welcome and good news.

This weekend is being spent cleaning up arond the house and making it ready for company. Two friends are coming on Wednesday and Thursday to spend a few days with us. The plan is to show them around Dusseldorf, visit Koln, and show them around where we live. They will only be with us for 3 days, so it will be a whirlwind time!

Outside of winter illness that comes with working at a school or going to school, things have been going well. We'll write again next weekend!
